Service & Maintenance

Our engineers can repair and service any make and type of door, gate and shutter. We recommend that your equipment is serviced on a regular basis to ensure that it operates as it should without failing.

Why should I have my doors maintained?

When should I have them maintained?

We can offer different levels of cover to suit each client’s individual requirements. We offer maintenance check contracts to all our customers, either on a 6 or 12 monthly interval basis depending the usage and environment.

How can I arrange a regular service & maintenance contract?

Please call one of our dedicated team to arrange a visit to obtain a full comprehensive list of all doors and access systems that will need to be included in the service.

Our documentation will assist you in your commitments to meeting legislation and budget planning.

Each Door included in the service will have its own service wallet that contains Maintenance Record Card, Operating, Safety and Maintenance Instructions Service Checklist – detailing all of engineers report and fault finding.

A contract can be arranged at your earliest convenience, any time throughout the year. Plans can be from 1 to 5 years; obviously longer plans will attract discounted rates.
